This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days and only covers damaged or faulty products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do offer any purchase made within 30 days (90 for three month academies) to be credited towards an upgraded service as well.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in/with the original packaging. (ie. If the item was opened and later realized it does not work.)

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

           

                  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

           

                  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a return item will be sent back to you in its place.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
